97:1
إِنَّآ
أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ
فِى
لَيْلَةِ
ٱلْقَدْرِ
ﱪ
We sent it down on the Night of Glory.

97:2
وَمَآ
أَدْرَىٰكَ
مَا
لَيْلَةُ
ٱلْقَدْرِ
ﱰ
What will explain to you what that Night of Glory is?

97:3
لَيْلَةُ
ٱلْقَدْرِ
خَيْرٌۭ
مِّنْ
أَلْفِ
شَهْرٍۢ
ﱷ
The Night of Glory is better than a thousand months;
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
97:4
تَنَزَّلُ
ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ
وَٱلرُّوحُ
فِيهَا
بِإِذْنِ
رَبِّهِم
مِّن
كُلِّ
أَمْرٍۢ
ﲁ
on that night the angels and the Spirit descend again and again with their Lord’s permission on every task;

97:5
سَلَـٰمٌ
هِىَ
حَتَّىٰ
مَطْلَعِ
ٱلْفَجْرِ
ﲇ
[there is] peace that night until the break of dawn.
