93:1
وَٱلضُّحَىٰ
ﱺ
By the morning brightness
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
93:2
وَٱلَّيْلِ
إِذَا
سَجَىٰ
ﱾ
and by the night when it grows still,
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
93:3
مَا
وَدَّعَكَ
رَبُّكَ
وَمَا
قَلَىٰ
ﲄ
your Lord has not forsaken you [Prophet], nor does He hate you,
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
93:4
وَلَلْـَٔاخِرَةُ
خَيْرٌۭ
لَّكَ
مِنَ
ٱلْأُولَىٰ
ﲊ
and the future will be better for you than the past;
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
93:5
وَلَسَوْفَ
يُعْطِيكَ
رَبُّكَ
فَتَرْضَىٰٓ
ﲏ
your Lord is sure to give you so much that you will be well satisfied.
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
93:6
أَلَمْ
يَجِدْكَ
يَتِيمًۭا
فَـَٔاوَىٰ
ﲔ
Did He not find you an orphan and shelter you?
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
93:7
وَوَجَدَكَ
ضَآلًّۭا
فَهَدَىٰ
ﲘ
Did He not find you lost and guide you?
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
93:8
وَوَجَدَكَ
عَآئِلًۭا
فَأَغْنَىٰ
ﲜ
Did He not find you in need and make you self-sufficient?
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
93:9
فَأَمَّا
ٱلْيَتِيمَ
فَلَا
تَقْهَرْ
ﲡ
So do not be harsh with the orphan
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
93:10
وَأَمَّا
ٱلسَّآئِلَ
فَلَا
تَنْهَرْ
ﲦ
and do not chide the one who asks for help;
M.A.S. Abdel Haleem
93:11
وَأَمَّا
بِنِعْمَةِ
رَبِّكَ
فَحَدِّثْ
ﲫ
talk about the blessings of your Lord.
